I woke up this morning at like 5:30 thinking about a lot of things...
1. Nico is turning 1 TOMORROW
2. I have to finish packing because we are moving to North Platte
3. I'm anxious to go back to Utah and finish planning Nico's birthday party
4. AND I still dislike BYU football very much :)(sorry byu lovers, nothing against you)

We found yesterday that we are going to North Platte today. I wasn't too excited because I really like Kearney and also, I ordered a birthday cake for Nico and had a place picked out to go eat. Oh well, everything happens for a reason. I can't believe that tomorrow Nico will be one. How come time goes by so fast?
I wish he'd stay this little for a bit longer. He is so much fun and such a busy boy! I'm so excited for his birthday party in Utah. I want it to be big and really fun. He only turns one once...
Of course byu had to play the day of his birthday party...and of course it has been a problem. I just didn't grow up watching them, I don't get the game, it's boring, and it's just not my thing. Maybe if Nico ever plays football I'll get into it more but for now...I rather do something else :) Lots of people have said this is the biggest game of the season, but if you ask my husband every game is the biggest game of the season...so I'm not buying that anymore. It's just a game...

Yesterday was a fun day...for the most part. We found out that Jerica and her family (our hotel neighbors) were going home. It's sad that it's almost over, I just wish the girls would leave when we leave :) We sure miss our neighbors!
(can you guess which one is Jerica?) :)
Nico is soo scared of their little dog
Isn't he so cute?

After saying goodbye to them, Ellesse and I took our kids to the park! Nebraska probably has the coolest parks!
Best buds
They are leaving us sunday...I'm pretty sad about it! I love hanging out with Ellesse, especially because Nico and Noah get a long great. Who will I have long chats with? The good thing is that we are all going on a cruise together and they are coming to provo in October, so we'll get to see them again!
What a fun day! Wish I would have gone to this park more. Can't wait to see what North Platte has to offer!
HAPPY FRIDAY!
