Song For You...

We had an AMAZING weekend and I just can't get over it!! Last week I started taking Nico to Pawnee Plunge Water Park and it totally made Columbus beautiful to me! It is soo perfect for babies and we couldn't be happier! We are getting our tan back...finally!

If you ever, for some odd reason, come to Columbus, Nebraska, you should go to this water park...you'll love it! :)

He'll sleep for like an hour and wake up STARVING! I had to go buy him some food because his baby food wasn't enough! :) I just love him!

David and I decided we wanted to get out of the small town and go spend some time in Omaha (an hour and a half away.) Omaha's such a nice city and it has every store you can imagine and also Michael Buble was going to be there! Of course, we had to go to his concert again! We had really good seats! Let me back up though....We watched the Argentina vs. Mexico game at a restaurant and pretty sure people thought we were crazy because David and I were freaking out and Nico clapping at everything! :) We were soo thrilled that Argentina totally beat Mexico! It was an awesome game and soo nerve wrecking!

Mami, I want this cheesecake! :)

After eating all of this good food, that we probably shouldn't have :), we were off to see one of our favorite artist, Michael Buble.

We had Nico wear his Argentine jersey for two reasons:

1. Because Argentina played!
2. Because Michael Buble is engaged to an argentine and we knew he'd talk about Argentina so I wanted to see if we could get him to look at us....he almost did!

See? ALMOST :)

He ends the concert with our favorite song "Song For You." His music reminds us of when we were dating, such an awesome time in our lives!

He is such a good entertainer! We just love going to his concert and so did Nico. He danced with us almost the whole time and then fell asleep near the end. The noise didn't even bother him. If you ever get the chance to see him DO IT! He is soo worth the money! Really romantic concert! We also met really nice people and that made it a lot more fun! One lady next to me couldn't believe oh good Nico was behaving. She said her kids would have never been able to sit through a concert like Nico did. He is soo perfect and we can't get enough of him! David and I kiss him way too much! :)

And I just can't get enough of my two boys! I love them like crazy! David spoils me way too much!!! He is the best husband, ever!

Yesterday we went to the other water park in Grand Island to hang out with the other couples and it was pretty fun.

Nico doesn't like how the grass feels and so he tried really hard to go to where Lauren was. That's why he was crying but being the lady's man he is, he stuck it out and tried really hard to not let the grass bother him! haha

Just thinking of you...

Today I'm thinking about some people that are very dear to me and wishing I could be there with them.....

I found out today that my dad is very sick and I'm so sad that I can't be there to see him. He is one of the most amazing and knowledgeable people I know and it amazes me! My dad is a SPIRITUAL GIANT. I often think of the sacrifices him and my mom made to bring our whole family to the states. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be where I'm at today and I wouldn't have the beautiful family I have today.

These last 10 years have been so great in the Reginato family and it's all thanks to my parents. I can't wait for my kids to grow up and get to know Abuelo (Grandpa) Miguel and his life story, because it's a very inspiring one. I love my dad and I can't wait to see him in a couple of weeks.

Christiana had her baby on Wednesday and I couldn't be any more happy for her and Justin. Christiana has been wanting to have a baby for a REALLY LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONGGGGGGGGGGGG TIME!!!! Welcome to the world Beck Smith. He is sooo beautiful and I just can't wait to hold him in my arms. He looks just like his beautiful mamma. Him and Nico are going to be best buds and will have so much fun together. Beck is so blessed to have amazing parents! Love you guys!

It is very hard to blog with Nico by my side haha, he knows what to do to distract me. I am sorry if there are lots of errors. Good night!!!!

A Positive Attitude!

Well, I finally decided to blog from Nebraska.....yikes! Let's hope I'm good at it, I'm scared that I'll be so boring, since there isn't much to blog about.

As all of you may know, David is selling for APX this summer. We, first, moved to La Quinta, California (a.k.a paradise)

We had a really nice apartment, close to everything. We had an awesome routine down. To us, summer had come early and we were very happy! Unfortunately, some things don't go the way we'd like them to go. Sales weren't as good as planned and we had to do what was best for our little family. So I guess that meant moving to NEBRASKA! I seriously didn't even know where Nebraska was on the map....ahhhh!!!

GOOD BYE beautiful La Quinta....I miss you more everyday!

Now, is when the POSITIVE ATTITUDE needs to kick in for me. First, we lived in Grand Island for about a week at the Comfort Inn.

This is exactly how the weather was almost everyday we were there. I know, depressing! Anyway, when Nico and I were flying to Nebraska, we were privileged to sit next to this older man who made me feel a lot better about living in Nebraska. He told me it was all in the attitude that we have towards change and new experiences. So, it's up to me to make the best out of NEBRASKA! Then, the men that sat next to us gave me money so that David could take me out to some nice restaurant. HOW NICE IS THAT?! That was just the start of a good day. David picked us up from the airport and had a SEPHORA gift card for me....he sure does know what I like!!! He told me he wants me to be happy and he'd do everything for me to be happy! Isn't that sooo sweet? I sure love him! (NOTE: I'M NOT A MATERIALISTIC PERSON. HOWEVER, SEPHORA DOES MAKE ME HAPPY!) :)

After a week of being in Grand Island (which I had a good time with the other wives) we went back to Utah for Grandpa John's funeral for the weekend. The funeral will be a different post for Friday. We miss and love Grandpa very much!

We were in Utah till Sunday and had such a good time with our families. When we came back we moved to Columbus in Nebraska and it is very UGLY! But on the bright side, we found a hotel that has a kitchen in the room!!! HEAVEN...now I can cook a little bit!

We are not sure how long we will be here for or where we'll be next....I just miss the summer, it doesn't feel like it's almost July. I just need to remind myself that I'm here with my son and my husband. In the end that's all it matters and we are very happy.....

THEY JUST MAKE ME SO HAPPY AND I LOVE THEM!
